Looking through street fashion photography on street fsn, style.com- Tommy Ton, Facehunter, and Nobody Knows Marc... You can imagine my suprise to find a bag bought as a gift from Thailand snapped on someone at New York fashion week?! Amazed.

A treasured day off = my new Asos 'Amaze' shoes arrived...

way ahead of schedule and I am amazed.

Vaguely reminiscent of the Alexander Wang Constance boots mixed up with Karl Lagerfeld's Chanel vision in 2010 with the whole perspex and iceberg ensemble, that will remain forever embedded in my memory.

Now for my first attempt at making the French fancy- macaroons. I now have Lorraine Pascale's recipe, along with a specialist book and crossed fingers.

A few snaps of my favourite finds during a visit to an incredible antiques mill- I came away with a simple framed illustration of fish ( I will show you soon ) but am trying to resist a revisit for an unbelievable sofa.

This weekend was the first chance of photos since returning from a holiday on Thursday morning. I spent the day at a beautiful park, butterfly house that was incredible, and visiting a true gem of an antiques centre.

I had been a little hesitant about visiting Lanzarote , but the hotel was pure paradise, and far exceeded my preconceptions. Balinese day beds complete with fresh linen sheets, mid morning fruit kebabs, afternoon tea and beautiful weather almost the whole time!

Aside from the converse purchase, It has been a while since I treated myself to a new pair of shoes, so when I spied these from 'Deena & Ozzy' at Urban Outfitters on my way home from work I knew they would be coming with me.

Somehow they remind me of standard issue school shoes in the navy leather, however the wedge and cut out detail to the front give them a whole new perspective. I hope to wear them with thick tights in the winter and some sort of peter pan collared dress, so for now Im thinking of pairing them with a navy short suit and bare legs? Any thoughts?

Finally seeing a bit of weather that makes you consider wearing a little less than the million layers I seem to have been bundled up in....... for as long as I can remember.

Recently picked up this huge new shopping bag in Zara , & love it's ability to consume all my 'just incase' possessions. ( that extra pair of shoes, camera..etc)
